Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 799. 

We charge a small fee on COD orders. On orders upto INR 499 we charge INR 75 and on orders above INR 499, we charge INR 50.

The Service has a delivery ETA of 5-7 days from the date of dispatch.

The products are generally dispatched within 48 hours of the order being received.

We work with multiple courrier services to ensure high serviceable area and faster delivery. In case your pin code is not serviceable by any of our partners then money will be refunded in 48 hours.

All the pin codes does not have COD services. In case your pincode does not come under COD serviceable area you will receive a mail from us and we will wait for 48 hours for your payment. In case of no response in 48 hours, we will cancel the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love our teas as much we do, but if you aren't thrilled with your purchase we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

Cancellations:
The cancellation will only be initiated if we receive a request on email from you within one hour of placing the order or before your order has been dispatched.


*Note: Pre-paid orders are not eligible for a refund on cancellation. In case you wish to modify or cancel a prepaid order, a credit voucher equivalent to the amount will be issued which you can use against future orders.

Returns (If Applicable)
Our policy lasts 7 days. Beyond 7 days of your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.


We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

In the off chance that you have received a product that is different than what you had ordered, you need to notify us by email with the same within 24 hours. So that we can process your application for returns. (To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.)


If the product is damaged then you can email us directly regarding the same within 24 hours. (Please attach some photo proof so it is easier for us to process the application for return)

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If applicable for a refund and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale/ Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale/ discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at priya@speakingtea.com and send your item to: 73, Aradhana Layout, Opposite Aradhana Academy, Arekere Mico Layout, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore-560076 (There is no exchange available on sale/discounted items.)
